Further Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
